How to Use the Test Kit
- Sample Collection: Clean your finger with an alcohol swab and use a lancet to obtain a small drop of blood (approx. 40µL).
- Application: Place the blood sample into the sample well of the test cassette.
- Buffer Addition: Add the provided sample buffer as instructed.
- Wait and Read: Wait for 15 minutes to read the results. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
Understanding Your Results
The cassette features separate windows for HIV, HBsAg, and HCV. A colored line in the control (C) region must always appear for the test to be valid. Lines in the test (T) regions indicate a positive result for the respective virus.
