Aprovel Tablets – 300mg (Irbesartan)
Blood pressure control and kidney protection in one tablet
Aprovel 300mg contains irbesartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and protect the kidneys in patients with type 2 diabetes. By relaxing the blood vessels, it allows blood to flow more easily, helping to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney complications.
This higher strength (300mg) is typically prescribed when lower doses are not sufficient to achieve desired blood pressure control.
