How to Prepare Aptamil

- Wash your hands and sterilize all utensils.
- Boil fresh water and leave it to cool for no less than 30 minutes. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
- Measure the required amount of water into a sterilized bottle. Do not use less water than directed.
- Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of scoops to the water. Level off the powder with the built-in leveller. Do not press or heap the powder.
- Place the sterilized teat and cap on the bottle and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved. Cool under running tap and check the milk temperature.
