Dosage:
Epilepsy:
Adults and children over 12 years: Start with 200 mg twice daily; may increase weekly by up to 200 mg/day.
Maintenance dose: Typically 800–1,200 mg per day.
Trigeminal Neuralgia:
Start with 100 mg twice daily; may increase by up to 200 mg/day until pain relief is achieved.
Maintenance dose: Usually 400–800 mg per day.
Bipolar Disorder:
Start with 200 mg twice daily; may increase by 200 mg/day to achieve optimal response.
Maximum dose: 1,600 mg per day.

Administration:
Swallow tablets whole with water; do not crush or chew.
Take with meals to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
Maintain consistent dosing intervals to ensure stable blood levels.
Missed Dose:
If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it's near the time for the next dose.
Do not double the dose to compensate for a missed one.
Precautions
