Contiflo XL is a prescription-strength, once-daily extended-release capsule containing 400 µg of tamsulosin hydrochloride. Designed to treat lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), it relaxes smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow and reduce urgency.
