Ibex Capsule is a combination medicine used for the effective relief of mild to moderate pain and fever. It is a "Triple Action" formula that combines two pain relievers—Ibuprofen and Paracetamol—with Caffeine to enhance their effect.

Ibex is formulated to target various types of pain, including:

- Body and Muscle Pain: Helps reduce inflammation and soreness in muscles and joints.
- Menstrual Cramps: Effective for managing periodic pain (dysmenorrhea).

- Fever and Flu Symptoms: Reduces high temperature and alleviates body aches associated with the flu.
How does Ibex work?
Ibex works through its three active ingredients:
- Ibuprofen (200mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces the hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
- Paracetamol (325mg): An analgesic and antipyretic that raises the body's overall pain threshold and reduces fever.
- Caffeine (30mg): Acts as an adjuvant that speeds up the absorption of pain relievers and enhances their effectiveness.
Dosage and Administration
For adults and children over 12 years:
- Take 1 to 2 capsules every 6 to 8 hours as needed.
- Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24-hour period.
- It is recommended to take Ibex after a meal to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
