Active Ingredient

Indications
Lisinopril 10 mg Tablets are prescribed for:
- Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Management of elevated blood pressure levels.

- Post-Myocardial Infarction: Improvement of survival rates following an acute heart attack in hemodynamically stable patients.

Usage Instructions
- Dosage:
- Hypertension: Initial dose of 10 mg once daily; maintenance dose ranges from 20 mg to 40 mg once daily.
- Heart Failure: Starting dose of 2.5 mg once daily, gradually increased to a usual maintenance dose of 5 mg to 20 mg once daily.
- Post-Myocardial Infarction: Initiate with 5 mg within 24 hours of onset, followed by 5 mg after 24 hours, 10 mg after 48 hours, then 10 mg once daily.
- Administration: Take orally with or without food, at the same time each day.
- Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it's near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
Possible Side Effects
- Common: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, cough.
- Serious: Angioedema (swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat), high potassium levels, kidney dysfunction.
