How to use Softcare A+ Pads
- Remove the pad from its wrapper.
- Peel off the paper strip from the back of the pad.
- Press the adhesive side of the pad onto the center of your underwear.
- Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear to secure it in place.
- Change your pad every 4-6 hours, or more frequently if your flow is heavy.
