- Diphenhydramine HCl (7mg): A trusted antihistamine that reduces runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes. It also provides a calming effect to help you rest.
- Ammonium Chloride (70mg) & Sodium Citrate (29.5mg): These expectorants help loosen phlegm and clear chest congestion.
