Dosage and Administration
The standard dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as frequent administration may decrease the pressure-lowering effect. If you use other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between applications.
Storage Instructions
- Unopened bottle: Keep refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C. Protect from light.
- Opened bottle: Can be stored at room temperature (below 30°C) for up to 4 weeks. Discard any remaining solution after 4 weeks.
Precautions
Continuous use of Aventra Xylase may cause gradual, permanent changes in eye color (increased brown pigmentation) and may cause eyelashes to grow longer or thicker. Consult your GoMed pharmacist or doctor if you have concerns about these changes or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
