Empiget 25mg Tablet
Product Description
Empiget 25mg Tablet contains Empagliflozin, an oral medication used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus by helping control blood sugar levels. It belongs to the class of drugs known as SGLT2 inhibitors (Sodium-Glucose Co-Transporter 2 inhibitors), which work by preventing glucose reabsorption in the kidneys and promoting its excretion through urine.
In addition to glycemic control, Empagliflozin has shown cardiovascular and renal benefits in certain patients, including those with heart failure or chronic kidney disease, under specialist guidance.
