Product Overview
Pradaxa® 110mg is an oral anticoagulant medication that contains dabigatran etexilate mesilate, a direct thrombin inhibitor. It is used to prevent and treat blood clots and to reduce the risk of stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Pradaxa works by inhibiting thrombin, the enzyme responsible for the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin in the blood clotting process.
