Verve Tramadol Hydrochloride Injection 50mg/ml

Verve Tramadol Hydrochloride Injection 50mg/ml is a centrally acting analgesic used for the management of moderate to severe pain. In Nigeria, it is a standard hospital-grade medication used for post-operative recovery, trauma care, and acute pain management when oral administration is not suitable.

Each 2ml ampoule contains 100mg of Tramadol Hydrochloride (50mg/ml).

How It Works

Tramadol works through a dual mechanism: it acts as a $\mu$-opioid receptor agonist and also inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin in the central nervous system. This helps to alter the way your brain and nervous system respond to pain, providing fast and effective relief.

Dosage and Administration

• Adults: The typical dosage is 50mg to 100mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
