Cal D3 is a dietary supplement that combines calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) to support bone health and maintain adequate calcium levels in the body. Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption, making this combination effective in preventing or treating calcium deficiencies.
