Vilget-M 50/500mg is a combination oral antidiabetic medication that contains Vildagliptin 50mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 500mg. It is used to improve blood glucose control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient. This dual-action formula works by enhancing insulin secretion and reducing hepatic glucose production.

Each pack contains 14 tablets, ideal for short-term initiation or continuation of therapy under physician supervision.
