HEALTH AID EVENING PRIMROSE are healthy capsules containing Evening Primrose Oil (EPO), a rich natural source of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). This nutrient (GLA) is essential for the production of Prostaglandins, helping to keep the body metabolism running smoothly and efficiently. With added Vitamin E, it is cold-pressed and hermetically sealed in a soft capsule to maintain freshness and purity. It is most supportive in the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, beneficial in balancing mood, and contributes to the maintenance of normal hormonal balance. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Administration:

Adults and children over 6 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to four capsules daily if required. For children, capsules can also be pierced, and the contents taken orally or rubbed onto the skin. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
