Contains 100 mg of sodium copper chlorophyllins from alfalfa and mulberry leaves in each 1-Tablespoon serving.
Take 15ml (1 tablespoon) daily. Take neat, or dilute into your favorite drink and sip.
There could be minor effects on the stomach/intestines, like nausea/vomiting, cramping, stains stools. There could also be itching, a yellow or black tongue. There isn't enough reliable information to know if chlorophyll is safe to use when pregnant or breast-feeding.
