What is Eumovate Cream 30g?
Eumovate Cream 30g is a moderately potent topical corticosteroid containing clobetasone butyrate (0.05%). It is specifically formulated to provide relief from the redness, swelling, and itching associated with various inflammatory skin conditions. It is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).
Indications and Uses
Eumovate Cream is effective for the short-term treatment and control of:
- Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema)
- Contact Dermatitis (reactions to skin irritants)
- Seborrheic Dermatitis
- Psoriasis
- Insect bite reactions
- Nappy rash (under medical supervision)
Because it is a "moderate" strength steroid, Eumovate is often preferred for use on areas where the skin is thinner or more sensitive, or when treatment is required for children.
How to Apply Eumovate Cream

Precautions
- Do not use on broken skin or infected skin (unless also using an anti-infective).
