What is Scheriproct Ointment?
Scheriproct Ointment is a specialized topical medication formulated to provide effective relief from the symptoms of hemorrhoids (piles) and other inflammatory conditions of the rectum, such as anal fissures and proctitis. This 30g pack comes with an applicator for both internal and external application.
How It Works
Scheriproct combines two active ingredients to target the discomfort caused by piles:
- Prednisolone hexanoate: A mild corticosteroid that reduces swelling (inflammation), redness, and itching.
- Cinchocaine hydrochloride: A powerful local anesthetic that provides rapid relief by numbing the affected area and blocking pain signals.
