Answer: Shopping online from https://gomed.ng gives you convenient access to quality medications at a competitive price while maintaining your privacy.

Answer: GOMED ordering system is simplified and easy to use- follow the steps to input your name, address, phone number and other necessary details. 



Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Kindly use the chat box or contact customer service +234 90 355 29332 for faster response. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.



Question: Do you have the product in stock?

Answer: All the products visible on our webshop- https://gomed.ng are readily available.


Question: Can I track my order?

Answer: Yes, a tracking link will be sent to you, once your order is on transit.

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: Kindly find below some valid reasons for returns:

  • Package with broken seal
  • Wrongly packed medications
  • Expired medications
All medications for return must be unopened and intact.  If you have a question about a received package, reach out to our customer service team on service(at)gomed.ng or via whatsapp (+234 90 355 29332) clearly stating your reason for return. 

Shipping costs will not be credited unless the shipping error was the fault of https://gomed.ng

Question: Why does my medication look a bit different from what I saw on your website?

Answer: From time to time manufacturers change their packaging. We will always endeavor to have the new packaging on our webshop. Be assured that your medication is safe and genuine.




Question: Can I gift my parents their medications? 

Answer: Absolutely, you can gift your parents, family or friends their medications. Kindly fill in the recipient's address, and their medications will be delivered to them. 



Question: How do I send multiple orders to different addresses?

Answer: You’ll need to place one order per delivery. 



Question: How can I verify that my medications are Genuine?

Answer: You can easily verify the authenticity of medications by using the mobile authentication service (MAS), kindly follow these steps; 

Scratch the panel on the product which reveals a unique, one-time use PIN. The PIN is sent toll-free to a short code using your mobile phone, you’ll get an instant response in form of a text message (SMS) stating that the product is either genuine or suspected fake.



Question: Do you deliver medications outside Nigeria?

Answer: We only deliver Nationwide (within Nigeria) at the moment.



Question: Can I order and get my medications during the weekend?

Answer: Yes you can.



Question: How can I change the delivery address?

Answer: Sign in to your account and go to “my account” edit your contact information and save.



Question: What are the delivery charges?

Answer: Delivery charges are subject to location and speed of shipping required. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Answer: Go to https://gomed.ng and click “create a new account”, then fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

  

Question: How can I retrieve my password?

Answer: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instructions on password retrieval will be sent to your email.



Question: Is your webshop secured?

Answer: Our web store is secured with SSL certificates. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
