What Is It Used For:

Prescribed for the treatment of neuropathic pain and Fibromyalgia (musculoskeletal pain).

How Does It Work:

Pregasafe tablet combines Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin. Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B, aids in myelin production, protecting nerve fibers and rejuvenating damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin, an alpha 2 delta ligand, reduces pain by modulating calcium channel activity in nerve cells. The combination effectively relieves neuropathic pain.

Side Effects:

• Very Common: Dizziness, drowsiness;
• Common: Increased appetite, irritability, decreased libido, insomnia, memory impairment, nausea, dry mouth, constipation, fatigue, weight gain;
• Uncommon: Nasopharyngitis, dyspnea, dry nose, hypoglycemia, skin rash, sweating, falls, chest tightness, weakness, hallucinations, anxiety, depression.
