Amatem Softgel is indicated for the treatment of P. falciparum malaria cases resistant to both chloroquine and sulphadoxine-pyrimethamine combination.
Some common side effects include headache, dizziness, sleep disorder, abdominal pain, anorexia, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, palpitation, cough, arthralgia, myalgia, pruritus, rash, asthenia, and fatigue. Artemether and Lumefantrine are contraindicated in the following conditions:
