MAALOX PLUS SUSPENSION is medicine used to treat the symptoms of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset, heartburn, and acid indigestion. It is also used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut. It contains Simethicone, which helps break up gas bubbles in the gut. To Use: Take two to four teaspoonful (10 to 20 mL) four times a day taken twenty minutes to one hour after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a physician. May be followed with milk or water.
