Shal 'Artem forte is a combination of 2 anti-malarials that is artemether and lumefantrine. It is useful in the treatment of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria caused by mosquitoes, in adult patients. The package unit is in 6 tablets. In Adults, dosage is one tablet as a single dose at the time of initial diagnosis, and then 8, 24, 36,48 and 60 hours thereafter.
