CIPROTAB 500mg Tablets contain ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial replication and helping to eliminate infection.
